A Lil' Photography

I took some Senior photos for Alex yesterday.  Here's a look at how they turned out.  I love them!

I have also just realized that I never posted any photos of some photos that I took in late November.  My Aunt asked me to take the photos for her Christmas cards.  This is how they turned out:

"LOVE" Letters!

So this is something that I meant to post a long time ago, but I didn't want people to see them before the wedding.  So here they are, I DIY'd them for the candy buffet that was at our wedding.  I designed these and had my lovely "assistant" Wendy help me with them...LOL.

Faux Bob Hair Tutorial - www.loveMaegan.com

Okay, So I love Love Maegan's blog and I usually try to check it out on a regular basis.  I have been so busy with wedding planning lately that I haven't had the chance to check out her newer posts.  So, I saw this yesterday and HAD to try it!  Let me just say that I LOVE the way it turned out and I plan on doing this a lot more!  My hair is just so thick and this is a way to have a down look without sweating to death because of the weight of hair on the back of my neck.  Check it out!
I wish that Trey had been here to take some better photos but these will just have to do.  So, what do you think?

DIY: Place Cards / Drinking Glasses

My Inspiration for this project. ( If you know where I got this picture, please let me know, I can't remember. )
So, I saw this picture and thought that it would be great with the theme of our wedding.  We're having plastic for our plates and silverware, but I really wanted real glass for our glasses...which to you may think sounds crazy...but I really don't care.  So anyways, we were having a hard time trying to figure out what to do for our place cards.  So, we decided to partially spray 16 oz. Mason jars with chalkboard paint and once we have our table chart set we'll write each of their names on the glasses with a tag hanging from it that will read, "Keep this in sight, It's your glass for the night."
And that's all 202 of them!  There are actually 204, but we left 2 out at his mom's house to dry the night before.  I can't wait to get their tags on them with everyone's names and everthing!!   yay!
The final outcome!  What do you think?  Different?
